You may return defective items within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them which will be indicated in the product description. Shipping fee or any related cost for the return will be bear by the buyer.
To arrange a return, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com with your order number and defect information about the product you would like to return. Our Customer Service will respond within 3 business days with instructions on how to return item from your order.
All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item. Items that have been resized, used, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return/replacement.
Upon receipt of the return item, the item will be assessed and replacement will only be processed if items are manufacturer defective. The replacement will take about 5 to 10 business days including shipping (within Singapore).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
For registered post, flat fee of SGD 5 per order.
